There are six major Disney resorts centered around Walt Disney World in Florida that can be accessed directly by members:

• Carolina’s Hilton Head Island Resort that combines the relaxed South Carolina lifestyle with a range of outdoor activities and fun. With a 1940’s exclusive hunting and fishing lodge appeal this sun drenched resort is set in a grove of 100 year old oaks.

There are also themed developments for members at Disneyland in California, Disneyland in Paris,----Paris France, not Paris Texas---- or a week on a tropical cruise with Disney Cruise Lines. You can also convert your week to a stay at any one of the other Disney Hotels or vacation retreats.

For other vacation experiences members can access some 450 resorts in over twenty five countries, through Buena Vista Trading Company and Interval International. These Companies operate time share exchange banks. Because of the Disney brand acceptance and the corporate relationships between the companies, the trades are easily understood and, when the parties are realistic, easily effected.

There are advantages to buying a Disney Vacation Club time share property. Many advantages. But it will not suit everybody. It may not be the best choice for a single, twenty five year old who likes meeting people and an exciting night life on his vacations for example.
